It all started very simple. By chance, we saw the wasted potential of unused space in a school. We thought – well, they cannot be the only ones in that situation. These thoughts led us to the conclusion that giving businesses the possibility to increase utilization of their real estate while simultaneously enabling others to use this space efficiently is a clear win-win-situation. Our concept is basically built on this premise.
Based in Zürich, our start-up Workspace2go (workspace2go.com) offers businesses a simple and transparent way of booking exciting venues for meetings and workshops. Employees, customers and partners can participate dynamically in meetings and let their creativity run wild in inspiring locations. Thanks to our services, the whole booking process is streamlined.
Workspace2go was founded in 2015 by Manuele Fumagalli. His vision with Workspace2go is to make the business world a tiny bit more efficient and connected. Before Workspace2go, Manuele spent several years in account management positions for UBS. Holding a BBA in Finance, he also gained experience in several start-ups in the past.
CTO of Workspace2go, Pascal Naef, is an experienced techie who is capable and proven of managing IT projects ranging in scale from local to global enterprises. Pascal brings in both his management and technical skills which he acquired over his 10+ years experience in various IT-positions.
The team is completed by strategic advisor Thomas Billeter, an experienced manager, business consultant and angel investor. His professional career includes managerial positions at IBM, Ascom and McKinsey. Thomas is an active angel investor and occasional executive in technology start-up companies.
COO Mira Ebinger, CPO Nicolas Kämpfen, Intern Noemi Andres and SEO Specialist Cesare Marchetti master all tasks related to Product, Customer Service, Sales and Online Marketing. Finally, Workspace2go has a professional photographer who is able to make any space look attractive. Michela Di Savino is happy to shoot amazing pictures of your meeting and workshop locations.
