The most important information

The account on Workspace2go is free of charge and the offer can be withdrawn at any time.
You can decide everything yourself: Pricing, equipment, opening hours, etc.
You can decide for each request whether you want to accept or reject it.
You can communicate directly with the guest via our platform
Workspace2go handles the billing for you
Only after a successful booking we charge a commission of 20% and transfer 80% of the booking amount to you once a month.

How do you publish your rooms?

You can register here via our platform. An account will be created for you and you can fill in the information about your premises. As soon as you are finished, please let us know via the click on the „publish“ button and we will check your details before publication. From this point on, guests can send you requests via the platform.

What happens when I get a request?

As soon as your premises are published, guests can send you booking requests. A conversation will be created with the enquiry and you will be in direct contact with the guest via this conversation. In order that you can present your rooms ideally on Workspace2go, we offer additional services.

Workspace2go Space-Promotion
Our experience has shown that well-positioned rooms are requested and booked way more than those in the lower rows. Thanks to Workspace2go Space Promotion, your room will be displayed in the top row of your city's search results. This is especially useful if there are already many spaces listed in your city.

Workspace2go Photo-Service
The quality of the photos is crucial to present your offer optimally. We have a professional photographer who will make your location look stunning - and at a fair and special rate! After the shooting you will receive all the files and can use them for your own purposes, for example your homepage. For the time being, we offer our photo service in Zurich. For other places travel expenses have to be paid. All prices are excl. VAT of 7.7%.
