Is your meeting room, workshop location or office partially unused? With Workspace2go you can easily share your space and earn extra money. Over 500 partner companies have published their spaces on Workspace2go. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

RENT OUT SPACES BY THE HOUR AND BY THE DAY

On Workspace2go you have always been able to offer your spaces by the hour or by the day. Since summer 2019 we offer the possibility of a long-term rental, more about the monthly offer can be found below. This section is about renting out by the hour and by the day.

Free registration
The space listing is free of charge and the offer can be withdrawn at any time.

No constraints
You can decide everything yourself: equipment, prices, pictures and availability.

You decide
For each new request, you can freely decide whether to accept or reject it.

Direct communication
You can communicate directly with the guest via our platform and check all details.

Direct collection
Workspace2go charges the guest for the space booking and takes over the collection for you.

Conditions
A 20% commission will be charged for our service and support in case of a booking.

Upload Spaces

You have made up your mind and want to continue? Great! Learn more about our registration process.

1. Registration
You can register on our platform at any time free of charge. Please have your contact information and address ready.

2. Account activation
We will send you an e-mail with a one-time activation link. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.

3. Fill in information
Please fill in detailed information about the location and spaces. The more information you provide, the better!

4. Request publication
As soon as you have filled in all the details, click on the "publish" button in the space profile.

5. Quality check
We will check your information and publish the space if the quality check is positive.

6. Your space is online
Your space is online and guests can check out your space and send you booking requests.

Requests & Bookings

Once your Space is online, you can receive booking requests from guests. What exactly happens in case of a request and in case of a booking?

 

Requests
With every request a conversation is created and you are in direct contact with the guest through this conversation. If you need more detailed information about the process, you can find it in Information for new space providers (PDF).

 

Bookings
As soon as you have made the guest an offer and the guest completes the checkout process, the booking is confirmed. Workspace2go will charge the guest directly for the room rental and thus take over the collection for you. Once a month we will transfer 80% of the booking amount to your account (if you are subject to VAT) or 80% of the booking amount minus 7.7% VAT (if you are NOT subject to VAT).

You want to get more out of your space? Here are two ways you can increase your chances.

 

Space Promotion
Our experience has shown that well-positioned spaces are requested and booked many times more than those in the lower rows. Thanks to the Workspace2go Space Promotion your space will be displayed in the top row of your city's search results. This is especially useful if there are already many spaces listed in your city.

Workspace2go photo service
The quality of the photos is crucial to present your space in the best possible way. We have a professional photographer at our disposal who will make your location in the Zurich area look stunning - at a fair special price! After the shooting you will receive all files and can also use them for your own purposes, for example your homepage.
We offer our photo service for the time being in Zurich. For other locations travel expenses have to be paid. All prices are exclusive of VAT of 7.7%.

WORKSPACE2GO MONTHLY - OFFER SPACES FOR MONTHLY SUBLETTING

Offer your furnished workplaces, offices or project rooms ready for occupancy for long-term use and thus secure additional rental income.

Offer

  • Uncomplicated possibility to utilize your space on a monthly basis
  • Open duration or fixed term from one month on
  • Workspace2go is a pure mediator
  • The contractual relationship is settled directly between you and the guest, usually as a sublease contract
  • Workspace2go can provide a legally verified draft subletting agreement free of charge

 

Conditions

If a contract is successfully closed, Workspace2go will receive a commission for the service, which will be invoiced monthly. The amount of the commission depends on:

  • the volume of the monthly rent
  • the effective duration of the lease (including any extensions, up to a maximum of 36 months)

 

What happens in case of a request?

If a guest is interested in your workspace, Workspace2go will contact you with the details (period, number of people etc.). You are completely free to take the next steps, such as an on-site visit or the preparation of the contract details. If required we can provide you with a draft contract free of charge.
